ThriveWell Counselling offers individual, couples and family counselling. Whether processing challenging childhood experiences, gaining greater confidence and self-awareness, or working to define and reach your goals, ThriveWell Counselling helps you move from surviving to thriving.
ThriveWell’s services are geared to work alongside you to reduce and heal the impacts of all that you have experienced or struggled with.. Our practitioners use a range of evidence-based, trauma-informed clinical approaches, working with diverse needs, from anti-oppressive/anti-racist and strengths-based perspectives.

Theresa is a skilled and experienced counsellor, who brings connection, understanding and growth to the therapy process. With Theresa's nonjudgemental and collaborative nature, you will feel heard and valued, and that you have landed in a safe space for healing from the past, and moving towards the present and future you desire.

Zaamilah brings connection, collaboration and compassion to her work with adults, youth and children. Zaamilah is very anti-oppression and anti-racist oriented, bringing her own lived experience to her work within diverse BIPOC communities. As a Certified Yoga Therapist, Zaamilah brings mindfulness, body awareness and a holistic approach to helping you on the path to where you want to be.

Having witnessed and navigated many experiences of trauma healing, Dana brings a deep passion and commitment to supporting you on your journey from surviving to thriving. As an experienced therapist, and clinic owner of ThriveWell Counselling, Dana understands the many complexities of trauma. Dana creates a compassionate, safe, nonjudgmental and collaborative space where together, you can take the next steps in your journey towards resilience and healing.
