Her approach is trauma-informed, person-centred, and grounded in an intersectional feminist lens, integrating motivational interviewing and solution-focused approaches to support each client's individual needs and goals.

Marina works with youth and adults navigating a variety of challenges, including relationship concerns, trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, identity, and life transitions. She values building a genuine therapeutic relationship and works collaboratively with clients to help them better understand themselves, strengthen existing coping strategies, and move toward the changes that matter most to them.
