A Trauma-Informed Yoga Journey
Join us for a gentle, yet energizing, 4-week online yoga series designed to support healing, connection, and self-compassion. This small group program will feature mindful movement and breathwork, to deepen your connection to your body, release trauma, and explore stillness in a safe and supportive environment.
Hosted by Zaamilah Balasubramaniam, Registered Psychotherapist (RP-Qualifying), and Registered Yoga Therapist (RYT 500), this group welcomes all bodies, experience levels and dis/abilities. We provide adaptations to help meet all ability levels and physical/emotional needs.
