Wellness Continuity
Our goal has always been community. Our team recognizes that primary care is often the first stop for mental health concerns to be communicated, and this creates an opportunity for early connection and meaningful support. Our intention is to work with family and wellness clinics to streamline the process of care so that patients receive the support they need, when they need it.
Our Network at a Glance
-
Deep Healing provides trauma counselling for clients navigating complex manifestations of overwhelming or destabilizing life events. Treatment focuses on how trauma disrupts both emotional regulation and core biological systems. Patterns that often contribute to or complicate medical issues seen in primary care. The work helps restore functional capacity while laying the foundation for long‑term recovery and resilience.
-
Restore helps clients rebuild capacity after burnout, chronic stress, or prolonged emotional strain. Treatment targets the nervous system disruptions that underlie cognitive fatigue, reduced resilience, and impaired daily functioning. Clients receive structured support to regulate physiological stress responses, strengthen sustainable coping patterns, and gradually restore functional effectiveness in day‑to‑day life.
-
Momentum supports patients who struggle with motivation, structure, or maintaining daily routines related to their medical care. Treatment focuses on reducing cognitive overload, making it easier to start tasks, stay organized, and follow through on health‑related routines. Clients learn practical, manageable strategies to build consistent habits, strengthen self‑regulation, and improve adherence to treatment plans, home‑care instructions, and recommended lifestyle changes.
-
Maintenance provides ongoing support for patients who have completed a primary treatment course or require longer‑term stabilization. It helps patients maintain progress, reinforce medically recommended routines, and stay anchored in the strategies that support long‑term health. Drawing on evidence that sustained follow‑up improves adherence and reduces relapse risk, Maintenance offers a steady, structured space to navigate emerging challenges, prevent regression, and strengthen durable stability across treatment transitions and recovery phases.
-
Bridge supports clients experiencing family or relationship conflict, communication breakdowns, or relational tension that make it harder to cope with medical stressors. Treatment strengthens the relational capacities that directly support health. Clients learn to communicate more effectively, reduce tension, and maintain supportive, steady interactions that help them manage medical challenges.
-
Identity offers support for clients navigating LGBTQ identity, immigration stress, racialized identity, Indigenous identity, bicultural conflict, or discrimination. It provides a safe, grounded space to explore identity, build clarity, and strengthen belonging within family and community contexts.
-
Integrate helps clients understand and regulate the connection between body and mind. It supports clients experiencing stress, somatic symptoms, or emotional dysregulation through grounding, awareness, and practical mind‑body strategies.
