Specializations: Individual Counselling, Adults (of all ages!).

Interests: Coaching for Families & Couples affected by OCD and related disorders, Substance Use and Behavioural Addictions, Neurodivergence, LGBTQ and sex-positive.


Taylor has a graduate certificate in addictions and mental health from Durham College and is a Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO. Taylor completed her Master Degree in Counselling Psychology with Yorkville University, and is passionate about advocacy and reducing stigma related to mental health, while supporting clients in achieving their goals.

Taylor can support you to identify the goals that will help you in living the life you want to live. Taylor has experience supporting clients who are living with severe OCD, psychotic disorders, anxiety, depression, and navigating various life transitions. With her vast experience, and an empathic, person-centred and strength-based approach to help you work through various life challenges. Taylor utilizes a trauma-informed approach to promote a safe, warm, non-judgmental space for you to be able to work on the self, develop coping strategies, and heal.
