Peta is deeply committed to supporting individuals navigating crises, healing from experiences of depression, anxiety and trauma, and working through complex relationship dynamics. Having an array of clinical experiences, in addition to her Master in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, Peta draws from a rich foundation of academic and experiential knowledge, and a genuine passion for empowering others, Peta brings a compassionate, person-centred approach to every session.
Believing firmly that each person’s journey to healing is as unique as they are, Peta creates a safe and non-judgmental space, whether online or in-person, integrating a trauma-informed, empathetic approach that respects where you are on your path. By collaborating together, Peta will help you develop strategies tailored to your needs, no matter whether you are dealing with the immediate aftermath of a crisis, working through deep-seated trauma, or seeking healthier relationship dynamics.
